With more than 30 years of experience in the travel industry, we understand the commercial, operational and cultural requirements of both international tour operators and local tourism partners. Our role is to bridge the gap between these markets, helping companies establish reliable relationships, develop competitive tourism products and build successful long-term cooperation.

Our company is based in Bulgaria, a member state of the European Union and a strategically located gateway between Central Europe and the wider Balkan region. This enables us to combine European business standards with strong regional expertise, local market access and an extensive network of trusted tourism partners.

While our activities cover the wider Balkans, we have particular expertise in Albania — one of the region’s fastest-growing and most promising tourism destinations. Our local knowledge, industry contacts and practical experience allow us to identify suitable hotels, DMCs, transport providers and tourism services according to the specific requirements of each tour operator.

We support our partners throughout the entire cooperation process, including market research, supplier identification, product development, contract negotiations, operational coordination and ongoing representation.
